    Everything looks good but the box tends to collapse on itself during shipping. Customer service is very nice and helpful, but extremely hard to get ahold of, unless you are making a payment.

    Would be 5 stars but their pricing structure changed. They are still the cheapest we’ve found, but not as cheap. They also don’t have any volume shipping discounts with USPS/DHL so that hurts a little. Eileen is very attentive!

    I think the packaging is solid. Occasionally discoloring and misprints, but a low margin of error compared to others. Once they execute, it’s great. Slightly hard to get a hold of.

    Decent quality, horrible service. Customer service just doesn’t respond very much. You have to bug about the status of packaging, seems to have a high turnover with employees.
