Hello, My name is Chelsea and I run my husband 2 Businesses. They are very successful, but I think they could be greater! We own a Heating & Cooling Business, and atleast once a week he is running around just replacing customers filters. I wanted to find a way to help him, now I can buy the filters but I do not have access to these customers homes. I came up with the idea to start a subscription to deliver air filters to their home every 2 months. We have a great branding and some very reliable customers, I just was wondering if you have any recommendations on how to merge our company from hands on to subscription.
    Thank you so much!

    1. Hi Chelsea,

That’s a really interesting idea. I think the easiest way to do that would be to update any existing website of yours, and build in a subscription commerce element — ie. a place for people to subscribe and save.

First, I’d take your existing clients and talk to them about the idea and if it is something they’d be interested in. Gather some data around it and see what they like, dislike, etc.

If the idea is validated, just drop in a checkout linked to a Cratejoy store. Customers can walk through checkout and sign up.

If you’re still doing at-home work, consider bringing an ipad or some type of tablet that they could easily subscribe on. Just open your checkout via a browser and they can enter their information in on the spot.

      Hope that helps,

      Jesse
