We began surveying active Cratejoy merchants on who they use for custom packagaing, and how they’d rate them on packaging quality, customer service, average price, and average order volumes.

Since we began, we’ve collected feedback from 100 active business owners, providing contextual feedback for over 30+ custom packaging manufacturers. We also surveyed dozens of business owners who use plain boxes without use of custom printing, providing a comparative data  set on sources for non-custom packaging. (Some add an element of customization, like stamps or stickers.)
